March 2017 Great Time to Sell a Modest Home in North Vancouver

Fearless Friday:

Limited inventory of affordable North Vancouver homes:

Hello real estate aficionados!  Another drizzly day in North Vancouver – but home hunters in the Spring Market are still active despite the weather!  Current market conditions are mixed and depend on location and price on the North Shore as well as in other Metro Vancouver areas.  Very few  DETACHED homes are available between a million dollars up to a million five.  This makes it a perfect time for potential sellers, with homes needing a little TLC, or located on busier streets to think about listing.  These modest homes are very likely to attract a good deal of interest and a strong sale price.

Deep Cove and Indian River homes for sale:

Above $1.5 million there are a few more listings and a couple of new listings in the Deep Cove and Indian River areas may be attractive for families.  Cove Cliff  Elementary School and Dorothy Lynas Elementary School are nearby and other awesome amenities include the Deep Cove Community Theatre, soccer and sports fields, Parkgate Community Centre and library, Ron Andrews Pool, Deep Cove rowing and kayaking activities as well as the winter sports and summer hiking  and biking just up the hill at Mount Seymour.  Golf season is also around the corner and practice at the Takaya Golf Centre and play at the Northlands Golf Course and  Seymour Golf Course and Club are always popular as well.

If you would like assistance or to start a conversation about your real estate goals to buy or sell a home or other property included a townhome, strata property or recreational property, I’d love to hear from you.

Happy Friday, March-24-17
